BRG Communications is seeking a Paid Media Associate to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career paid media professional looking to deepen platform expertise, gain exposure to integrated communications campaigns, and grow within a high-performing agency environment.
About the Role
The Paid Media Associate will work closely with BRG’s Paid Media Specialist to help manage campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and ongoing account coordination. This role plays an important part in ensuring campaigns run efficiently while contributing to the performance and success of integrated client programs.
Campaigns may support healthcare organizations, associations, nonprofits, consumer brands, and mission-driven initiatives focused on improving health, wellness, safety, and quality of life.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow within a collaborative agency setting. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys balancing analytics, execution, problem-solving, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
