As director of research and insights at BRG Communications, Brandon Kenah helps clients uncover the audience, market and cultural insights that shape smarter communications strategies. With more than 10 years of experience in public relations and communications, Brandon specializes in translating complex data into clear, actionable stories that inform brand positioning, messaging, campaign strategy and measurable communications impact.

 

Brandon has deep experience leading qualitative and quantitative research across healthcare, life sciences, consumer, corporate and financial services sectors. His work spans audience intelligence, surveys, in-depth interviews, stakeholder research, competitive analysis and performance measurement. He partners closely with account, strategy, creative and digital teams to ensure research does more than report findings — it drives decisions, strengthens narratives and helps communications programs perform more effectively.

 

Prior to joining BRG, Brandon served as director of research, analytics and measurement at /prompt (formerly Lippe Taylor), where he led integrated research and measurement strategy across a diverse portfolio of healthcare, consumer and corporate clients. Previously, he spent more than five years at Burson, leading research and insights programs across healthcare, consumer and financial services accounts. Brandon’s research, insights and measurement expertise has contributed to award-winning work recognized by the Shorty Awards and SABRE Awards.

 

Brandon graduated cum laude from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Information Systems, with a Data Analytics track, and a minor in Finance.
