Director – Healthcare

We are currently seeking a seasoned communications professional for the position of Healthcare Director. 

Our ideal new team member would have:

• 10-12 years of experience including agency (required) with focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals/medical device, digital health, diagnostics or patient advocacy communications. Experience in health equity and reaching underserved populations is a plus.

Proven track record and ability to:

• Partner with agency leadership to develop and manage client engagements including planning, creative concepts, day to day execution, evaluation, staffing, budgets and timelines
• Distill complex scientific data into actionable messages for key audiences (HCPs, media, influencers, patients/caregivers)
• Write and promote scientific data releases around clinical studies, guidelines and FDA/EMEA/CMS milestones
• Offer clients a deep understanding of overall healthcare media, patient advocacy and influencer landscape
• Leverage key healthcare milestones including presentations at medical congresses/scientific sessions and peer-review journal publications to trade and national consumer media
• Create healthcare focused patient education campaigns as well as initiatives focused on reaching healthcare providers to influence clinical decision making and referral pathways
• Showcase understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulations to inform social media content and digital activations including branded and unbranded initiatives, guidelines for pre-approved products and proper use of disclosures
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills including content development such as bylines, Op/Eds, video scripts, PSAs
• Manage client programs, timelines, team deliverables, budgets and quarterly planning to exceed client expectations and goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree

Digital/Paid Media Specialist

We are currently seeking a digital and paid media specialist to join our team.

Our ideal new team member would have:

• 6+ years of professional experience in paid media or digital marketing; Agency experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape, cross-channel marketing ecosystem, paid media channels, social platforms and tactics and SEO strategies
• Proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously
• Mastery of multiple paid media ads platforms, including Facebook /Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and OLV, Google Display Network, Google AdWords, Taboola/Outbrain, etc.
• Understanding of tracking, measurement, and optimization principles (including pixel-based tracking), generating reports, developing budgets, and forecasting.
• Experience developing relationships with third-party paid media vendors to help negotiate client contracts
• Ability to work and learn independently; adept at managing time and team to ensure delivery of multiple projects within established deadlines and budgets
• Strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Design, execute and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns to supplement client programs or as stand-alone assignments.
• Work at all levels of implementation depending on assignment – lead, do and teach.
• Lead all digital campaign budgets, performance monitoring, optimizations, adjustments, and results reporting.
• Participate in thought leadership and new business activities on behalf of the agency
• Provide expertise and insights across teams to add value and act as a resource to all teams to integrate digital strategies into accounts.
• Source and manage third-party vendor and contractor relationships that enhance agency offering.
• Help keep team and clients current with digital trends and best practices.

We are currently seeking an Account Associate to join our growing team.

This position requires an individual with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
• 1+ years of PR experience (exclusive of internships); agency experience a big plus
• Fast learner with an inquisitive mind and eye for details, strong writing and communication skills
• Creativity, self-motivation and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving capabilities and inclination to seek answers to address challenges

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Conducting reliable and accurate media and influencer research (editorial calendars, speaking opportunities, media/analyst list development) and providing teams with industry-relevant news and research
• Securing client media opportunities in trade, consumer, business media and other outlets
• Producing strong written documents, including pitches, speaking opportunity abstracts, client communications and general business writing
• Monitoring clients’ social media presence and draft social media posts on behalf of clients (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaborating with vendors and managing work product
• Producing client status reports and briefing materials for meetings
• Actively participating in client/internal meetings, offering creative ideas/solutions
