BRG is currently seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the agency’s continued growth. Position is hybrid if living in the DMV, remote if not living in the DMV.

 

Our ideal new team member would have:

  • 6+ years of professional business development and experience in a B2B or agency environment.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders on business development initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing CRM and marketing automation programs for a small business, Hubspot preferred.
  • Experience managing a brand’s email marketing programs and contributing to paid social campaigns.
  • Proven experience developing sales materials on behalf of a B2B company or agency.
  • Ability to work and learn independently; adept at managing time and team to ensure delivery of multiple projects within established deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the agency’s annual business development plan.
  • Manage the agency’s CRM and marketing automation programs.
  • Manage, maintain and grow BRG’s contact database.
  • Develop and manage the agency’s email marketing campaigns, including managing outside vendors, and platforms to ensure quality communications are developed, distributed and tracked.
  • Maintain and manage the agency’s new business pipeline, including researching new companies, tracking proposal status.
  • Support agency leaders in executing business development plans for various prospect categories (ex: associations, medical devices, etc).
  • Contribute to website management and content development.
  • Develop and maintain agency’s collateral including capabilities, case studies, email content and web content.

We are currently seeking a seasoned communications professional for the position of Healthcare Director. 

 

Our ideal new team member would have:

  • 10-12 years of experience including agency (required) with focus on healthcare, pharmaceuticals/medical device, digital health, diagnostics or patient advocacy communications. Experience in health equity and reaching underserved populations is a plus.

 

Proven track record and ability to:

  • Partner with agency leadership to develop and manage client engagements including planning, creative concepts, day to day execution, evaluation, staffing, budgets and timelines
  • Distill complex scientific data into actionable messages for key audiences (HCPs, media, influencers, patients/caregivers)
  • Write and promote scientific data releases around clinical studies, guidelines and FDA/EMEA/CMS milestones
  • Offer clients a deep understanding of overall healthcare media, patient advocacy and influencer landscape
  • Leverage key healthcare milestones including presentations at medical congresses/scientific sessions and peer-review journal publications to trade and national consumer media

  • 6+ years of professional experience in paid media or digital marketing; Agency experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape, cross-channel marketing ecosystem, paid media channels, social platforms and tactics and SEO strategies
