Mike Sloan

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer for BRG Communications (BRG) Mike Sloan brings more than 25 years of operations and financial experience working with multi-million-dollar organizations within the communications (advertising, digital, marketing, and public relations) industry. Mike has demonstrated a strong business acumen and an understanding of end-to-end operation processes and streamlining service firm business in line with strategic requirements that increase bottom-line profit and setting up strong operation and financial controls.

Mike has developed and executed operation processes that enhance productivity and implemented sound business solutions that met organization needs, goals and objectives

Prior to joining BRG, Mike has spent his career working with some of the best and largest communication firms in the United States, holding various high level positions including CFO and COO titles. Some functions included in these roles were global client contract negotiations, agency pricing decisions, financial management of global accounts, and buying and selling of agencies.
